Hanborough House, Oxford Industrial Refurbishment

4Construct is delighted to present the successful completion of the industrial refurbishment project at Hanborough House, Oxford. This ambitious project demonstrates our capability to transform older industrial properties into modern, high-efficiency assets ready for the demands of contemporary commerce. The refurbishment focused comprehensively on the entire site, encompassing a full modernisation of the facility, structural upgrades, and a significant investment in sustainable technology.

Another crucial external upgrade was the complete replacement of the roofing. The 'Roof with Solar Panels' image clearly highlights the new, light-coloured roof system, which vastly improves weatherproofing and thermal performance. Critically, this new roof was designed to accommodate the installation of a substantial array of photovoltaic (PV) solar panels. This commitment to renewable energy not only future-proofs the building against rising energy costs but also significantly reduces its operational carbon footprint, aligning the asset with modern sustainability standards.

The internal space has also been refurbished, creating a beautiful and professional space for the tenants.

The Hanborough House project is a prime example of 4Construct’s capability to deliver holistic, high-quality industrial refurbishments, integrating essential structural and aesthetic improvements with key sustainability initiatives like solar power. The result is a premium, energy-efficient, and operationally excellent facility in a prime Oxford location.
